Your first build
Read the playback
Before any plan is proposed, your AI team plays your business back to you in a short summary. Correct anything, and the plan starts from the right place.
A few moments after you describe your business, the playback appears: a short summary of what the AI team understood. It lists what you sell, who you sell to, where, and what you asked for.

What happens behind it
Understanding your business is itself a set of small tasks, and Maestro gives each one to the model that does it best. In the example build, the playback took five steps on five different models, for $0.36 of model usage:
| Step | Model | What came back |
|---|---|---|
| Reading the idea | Qwen | An online store: candles and home fragrance, about 40 products, US and Canada, own site and Instagram, six weeks |
| Matching it to the Retail AI Team | Mistral | Retail, direct to consumer |
| Looking at stores that sell candles and home fragrance | Grok | Twelve stores read: how they group scents, sell sets, ship to Canada and ask for reviews |
| Mapping what this store needs | Fable | A storefront and twenty systems |
| Estimating the build | GPT | The tasks and the time the build needs |

Correct it
Read the summary. If something is wrong or missing, say so in plain words: "We also sell wholesale to gift shops." The playback updates, and the plan is built from the corrected version.
The questions the AI team asks here are the ones that change the plan. Each one comes with answers you can tap. In the example build there were three:
| Question | Answer | What it changed |
|---|---|---|
| Subscriptions or one-off orders? | One-off now, subscriptions later | Checkout takes one-off orders, and products are set up so a scent subscription can switch on later |
| Wholesale to shops, now or later? | Later | The store launches direct to customers; wholesale can be added as a system later |
| Ship it yourself or use a fulfilment partner? | Fulfilment partner | Shipping connects to a fulfilment partner with warehouses in the US and Canada |
