Pricing
What the models cost, plus 5%. That is the only fee. Work on sponsored models is free.

The 5% is the only ZB Stack fee. When no model is used, there is no fee.
Where you see the cost
- Before work starts: the plan shows what each task and the whole plan will cost.
- While it runs: every card on the Work board shows the cost of its task.
- After: the record shows every task with its model, its cloud and what it cost.
An example
An abandoned-cart email for our example store took eight steps on five models and ZB Cloud. The model usage was $0.52. The same task with everything on one model: $1.45. List prices on 10 October 2026, before the 5% fee. See The Model Router.
Do I need other AI subscriptions?
No. Every model runs through ZB Stack, on one balance. You do not need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription to use their models here.
