The workspace
Your people and your AI teammates in one workspace: channels, the Work board, business knowledge and ongoing assignments.
One workspace holds one business. In it are your goals, the plan, the state of every system, the record, and one balance across every model.
Channels
Talk with your AI team next to your cofounder and contractors. Add anyone you work with to a channel. Mention an AI teammate to give it a task, and it answers when it is mentioned.
Channels are organised by the work. In the example build, each system had its own channel: #storefront, #checkout, #email-sms, and so on.
The Work board
Every task your AI team starts, in three columns:

Every card shows the cost of its task. Ask for changes on the card, or give the next goal.
Business knowledge
Save your products, customers, prices and brand once. Every AI teammate works from them, so the store, the emails and the replies to customers all say the same thing in the same voice. Update them when something changes, and the next task uses the new version.
Ongoing assignments
Some work repeats. Set it once and it keeps running:
- A post every weekday.
- Outreach every Monday.
- A reply to every new review.
Each run is a task like any other: it goes to the best model, it is checked, and it goes in the record with its cost.
