AI teams
Goals and plans
Every piece of work starts as a goal in your own words. The Lead turns it into a plan you can read, with a cost, before any work starts.
Give a goal
A goal is the result you want: "Launch the winter collection." "Find twenty gift shops that might stock us." "Add a wholesale page." Say it in your own words, in any channel. The Lead asks for the details it needs.
Read the plan
The plan lists:
- The tasks, in order.
- Who does each one: which AI teammate.
- What it will cost: the expected model usage for each task and for the whole plan.
Change the plan in plain words: "Skip the ads for now." "Do the email first." The plan and its cost update.
Chain goals
Goals can follow one another. "Open the store, then launch it, then find our first wholesale customers" becomes three plans that run in order, each one starting from what the last one produced.
How much the AI team does on its own
For each product and each kind of work, you choose how far the AI team goes:
| Setting | What the AI team does |
|---|---|
| Suggest | Proposes the work and waits |
| Prepare | Does the work and puts it on the Work board, ready for you |
| Release with approval | Ships the work once you approve it |
| Act within rules | Ships work that meets the rules you set |
Posts, emails and messages go out when you send them, or on the schedule of an ongoing assignment.
