AI teams

The AI teammates

Eight AI teammates, one plan. Each one does one kind of work, from what it knows about your business.

AI teammateWhat it does
LeadPlans the work, hands out the tasks and checks progress
ProductDecides what to build and what comes next
DesignPages, visuals and the look of the product
CodingBuilds and tests websites, apps and the systems behind them
MarketingCampaigns, posts, emails and search content
SalesFinds prospects, writes outreach and follow-ups
OperationsOrders, stock, shipping, returns and the books
ServiceAnswers customers and passes on what they say

Start with the Lead, or talk to any AI teammate directly. Everything they start shows up on the Work board.

The Lead

The Lead holds the plan. It turns your goal into tasks, hands each task to the right AI teammate, checks each result, adds it to the build, and keeps the record. When you are not sure who to ask, ask the Lead.

Specialists for each task

For each task, the Lead creates a specialist and gives it only what that task needs. Coding, for example, works through Build, QA and Security specialists. When a task appears that no specialist covers, such as a payments integration or a data migration, the Lead creates one for it, and its work is checked the same way.

How each one's work is checked

Every result is checked by something that did not produce it.

How the AI team learns

Product keeps the business history: what was decided, what shipped and what happened. Every AI teammate reads it, so the next plan starts from what you already know. A new way of working has to prove itself on real results before it becomes the way.
